Customer service is an integral part of the Martz's Group mission and is best defined as a series of events that contribute to your overall satisfaction. For more than a century the Martz Group has provided safe, reliable, courteous transportation service to the general public at an affordable price.  We realize that you have certain expectations and in an effort to better meet and preferably exceed those expectations we have developed the "Think Like a Customer" (TLC) program.  The TLC program is designed to stress the importance of customer service to all employees and encompass all aspects of your trip from your initial request for a quote through your final destination.  Because each step in the process is important to the overall experience we have developed a list of "Customer Service Essentials" for ALL positions within the company.   Each employee is provided a wallet size card listing the customer essentials of their position.  These customer essentials focus on items that will directly impact your experience with Martz.

Customer Service Essentials include (but are not limited to):

  • All phone calls are to be answered promptly, in a friendly manner; identifying both the company and individual.
  • Each motor coach is to be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before it leaves our garage. Comfort items in the rest rooms are to be available each trip.
  • Each coach is to be safety inspected and checked to assure the vehicle is mechanically sound.
  • Drivers are trained to the highest standards in the industry and have your safety, comfort, and traveling pleasure as their first priority.
  • Each and every employee is held to a very high standard of customer service management is accountable to meet very high levels of satisfaction.
